Stanza Opens Beta: A Social Platform Built for Poets

Stanza, a new social platform dedicated entirely to poets and poetry, today announced the public beta launch of its iOS and Android apps. Available now on TestFlight for iPhone and iPad users, Stanza invites writers at every level — from first drafts to published voices — to share their work, discover new voices, and build a community around the written word.

Unlike general-purpose social networks, Stanza is designed from the ground up for poetry. Submissions support rich text, audio recordings, and images. A curated feed surfaces work based on taste, not follower count. Readers can Cheer, Encore, or Tomato a poem — a reaction system built to give poets meaningful signal rather than hollow metrics.

Poetry deserves its own space. Not a hashtag. Not a corner of a platform built for something else. A home.
